About this course

  1. Please read all instructions carefully before starting the exam.
  2. Total duration of the exam is ______ minutes and total number of questions is ______.
  3. This exam has 1/3 negative marking.
  4. For every wrong answer, one-third of the marks allotted to that question will be deducted.
  5. Example: if a question is worth 1 mark, a wrong answer may lead to a deduction of 0.33 marks; if a question is worth 2 marks, a wrong answer may lead to a deduction of 0.67 marks.
  6. Questions left unattempted will not attract any negative marking.
  7. If you select more than one option for a question, it will be treated as a wrong answer and negative marking will apply.
  8. Only one option will be correct for each question unless stated otherwise.
  9. To answer a question, select an option and click Save & Next.
  10. To change your answer, click Clear Response and select another option.
  11. To review a question later, use Mark for Review & Next.
  12. A question marked for review will still be evaluated if you have selected and saved an answer.
  13. The Question Palette will show whether a question is not visited, not answered, answered, marked for review, answered and marked for review, or the current question.
  14. The timer on the screen will show the remaining time.
  15. When the time is over, the exam will be submitted automatically.
  16. You may also click Submit before the time ends.
  17. After final submission, you will not be able to change any answer.
  18. Do not refresh the browser, use the back button, or open other windows or tabs during the exam.
  19. Do not use mobile phones, smart watches, calculators, books, notes, Bluetooth devices, or any other prohibited items during the exam.
  20. Any unfair means, impersonation, copying, taking photos or videos of the exam screen, sharing login details, or failure to follow invigilator instructions may lead to cancellation of your exam and further action.
  21. If you face any technical problem, inform the invigilator or help desk immediately.
  22. By proceeding, you confirm that you have read and understood all instructions, including the 1/3 negative marking rule, and that you agree to abide by all exam rules.
